These SMS Terms describe internal business contact alert text messages used by Oriental Massage & Foot Spa for appointment-request and follow-up workflows.

Internal Business Contact SMS Alerts

Oriental Massage & Foot Spa may use the Retell AI phone receptionist to send low-volume internal SMS alerts to authorized business contact numbers. These alerts help the business follow up with inbound callers, appointment requests, callback requests, and customer-service questions.

Business Contact Enrollment and Consent

Business contact numbers are enrolled through the public SMS Consent form at https://orientalmassagelv.com/sms-consent, which requires an unchecked consent checkbox to be selected before submission. Only authorized Oriental Massage & Foot Spa business contact numbers may be enrolled to receive these internal SMS alerts. Alerts are sent from +1 (702) 500-1232.

Only enrolled business contact numbers receive these messages. These internal alerts are not a public customer subscription list and are not used for marketing, promotional offers, mass texting, lead generation, or third-party messaging.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume and appointment or follow-up requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts where supported. Recipients can reply HELP for help where supported. The authorized business contact may ask the business owner or authorized administrator to remove or change the enrolled business contact number at any time.

Privacy

Internal SMS alerts may contain appointment-request or follow-up information needed for the business to respond to callers. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
