These SMS Terms describe internal staff alert text messages used by Oriental Massage & Foot Spa for appointment-request and follow-up workflows.

Internal Staff SMS Alerts

Oriental Massage & Foot Spa may use the Retell AI phone receptionist to send low-volume internal SMS alerts to authorized staff/work phone numbers. These alerts help staff follow up with inbound callers, appointment requests, callback requests, and customer-service questions.

Staff Enrollment and Consent

Only authorized Oriental Massage & Foot Spa staff/work phone numbers may be enrolled to receive these internal SMS alerts. Before a staff/work number is added, the business owner or authorized administrator documents consent in writing for that staff/work number to receive internal appointment and follow-up alert messages.

Only enrolled staff/work numbers receive these messages. These internal alerts are not a public customer subscription list and are not used for marketing, promotional offers, mass texting, lead generation, or third-party messaging.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume and appointment or follow-up requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts where supported. Recipients can reply HELP for help where supported. Staff may also ask the business owner or authorized administrator to remove or change the enrolled staff/work phone number at any time.

Privacy

Internal SMS alerts may contain appointment-request or follow-up information needed for staff to respond to callers. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
